Anita Jain's book "Marrying Anita: A Quest for Love in the New India" has just been released, and her agent deserves a pay rise. After listening to her interview on NPR, and reading her excerpt on Salon:

I now see mentions of the book all over the interweb. However, its unlikely I'll be digging into this book.

Another cultural-transplant-introspective-book needs to promise some radically new insights to get me interested. But I'm guessing that's just me, since I found Pulitzer prize winning Jhumpa Lahiri writings well-written-snooze-fests. Can't wait to dig into these though.
